Love playing, but then you get a script and don’t know where to start? We’ve all been there: the moment the page opens, the fun stops. You’re hit with analysis paralysis, over-thinking every line, and worrying about the “right” way to do it.
This course is built for actors who are ready to start bringing scripts to life in a high-energy environment.
While this is the natural next step for those who have completed Simple Playful Fun, it is open to any actor ready to tackle exciting scripts from world-class writers and turn them into engaging, performances.

What to Expect
The Pairing: Every week, you’ll be paired with a partner with a new script to dive into.
The Discovery: Dedicated time to find your feet, explore the "play" of the scene, and establish a genuine connection.
The Group: In the second half, we work through the scenes as a group—learning from each other’s discoveries, and exploring the text to its fullest potential.
What You’ll Learn
Active Choices: How to make bold decisions that bring a scene to life instantly.
Connection: Mastering the art of listening and responding so your performance feels fresh every time.
Serve the Script: Identify turning points and "beats" to serve the story without losing your spontaneity.
